Most Wanted

Since it’s starting to get a little crisp outside (it’s almost November after all), we thought it fitting to share a story that Evi Abeler shot for the November issue of Food & Wine Magazine. The story features a hearty tomato and fennel soup recipe cooked up by master chef Alex Guarnaschelli. Guarnaschelli used to work at the famed Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris where crafting soup was a serious business. She’s now the chef at Butter restaurant in NYC, and this soup is on the menu. It’s the perfect solution to those pre-winter chills!
